Do you Know Jesus?

The Bible says in the book of Romans, chapter 3:23, "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." The word ‘all’ means just that, ALL. Every man has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. That means that every man is destined for an eternity spent in Hell, away from God.

How do I know this? Well, in Romans chapter 6 verse 23 it also says that "…the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life." You see, God did something wonderful, as we are told in Romans chapter 5:8, "But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." AMAZING!!! So it wasn’t when we got our act together that Christ died for us, but while we were sinners, while we were bad. This is truly an amazing Love!

There is only one thing left, and that is a question to you, do you believe it? Do you believe that you are a sinner destined for an eternity without God? Do you believe that you need the forgiveness of the Lord today in your life? Well, Jesus made it very simple for us to come to Him, this is what He said in Romans 10:9-10, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, then you WILL be saved!" That’s all it takes, as simple as that.
